Guest Room Attendant - On Call

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional experience for our visitors.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures
• Stock and organize cleaning cart with necessary supplies and amenities
• Remove soiled linens and replace with fresh bedding and towels
• Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, sleeping areas, and living spaces
• Conduct regular deep cleaning operations during monthly floor closures
• Remove trash and maintain sanitary conditions throughout assigned areas
• Report maintenance issues and room status to supervisors
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements
• Maintain effective communication with guests, supervisors, and team members
• Document and report lost and found items according to hotel procedures

• Proven ability to clean 14-15 rooms within an 8-hour shift
• Physical capability to push and pull housekeeping carts up to 200 pounds
• Experience in handling professional cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to perform repeated bending, lifting, and stretching throughout the shift
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
