Welcome to Madison Beach Hotel—where every guest arrival feels like the start of something special. We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who can turn check-ins into warm welcomes, questions into solutions, and stays into unforgettable experiences.

This role is more than keys and reservations—it’s about setting the tone. You’re the first smile guests see, the calm in the middle of a busy afternoon, and the person who makes everything feel effortless (even when it’s not).

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and a polished, professional presence


• Manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and attention to detail


• Anticipate guest needs before they even ask (yes, mind-reading helps 😉)


• Handle calls, reservations, and special requests with confidence and care


• Be the go-to expert for everything from dining recommendations to local hidden gems

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
