Guest Service Phone Agent - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly part time Guest Service Phone Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally

- Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions

- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software

- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
