Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel management system

- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience

- Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently and accurately

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards

- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel’s standards of service and hospitality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
