We are a family-owned business, based in St. Louis, MO since 1997.  We currently have 15 locations in the St. Louis area and we are looking for the right people to grow with us.

Job Summary
The Guest Service Support Staff (known in our stores as Shoe Caddies) is a critical role that sets Hair Saloon apart from other men’s grooming companies. You provide an uncommon level of service while connecting our clients to the Barber Shop experience of yesterday with a complimentary shoeshine. Shoe Caddies at Hair Saloon provide a first-class customer experience by blending an exceptional eye for detail with a knack for interaction and conversation.


Our Shoe Caddie position at Hair Saloon is a part-time role, perfect for students with limited availability. We offer afternoon and Saturday hours (we are closed on Sundays). This is a perfect role for nurturing the early seeds of exceptional customer service and communication, two of the most sought-after skills in today’s professional workforce. Rub shoulders and engage with the giants in your community – could be a local business owner, professional athlete, or your future mentor. Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Exceptional customer service and communication

  • Be flexible to assist the Hair Saloon team as needed

  • Meet and greet clients

  • Provide first-class, complimentary shoe shine service for each and every guest who visits Hair Saloon

  • Assist in general cleaning and laundry duties 

  • Provide and deliver a first-class experience following Hair Saloon standards

  • Maintain a clean work area

  • Assist with client transactions using a computer-based POS system

  • Manage guest traffic including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and following check-in and check-out procedures 

  • Understand and follow Hair Saloon's standard operating procedures

 Qualifications

  • No experience necessary 

  • You're available weekday afternoons/evenings & Saturdays

  • 16 years or older

Compensación: $13.75 - $13.75 per hour








All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchisee.
