Guest Services Associate, Part-Time

Position Summary: As a Box Office Guest Services Associate, you will engage with the Pro Football Hall of Fame guests as they enter the museum. This position will sell process museum and event tickets, provide information about events and tours, assist with phone and other inquiries at the box office. 

Position Type and Schedule: This position is part-time up to 25 hours per week with weekend availability required.  The museum is open every day 9-5 p.m. September-May; 9-7 p.m. June-August. 

A Day in the Life 

• Provide a fun experience to Hall of Fame guests through active conversation and engagement. 
• Provide information about events, process ticket sales, schedule museum tours. 
• Handle cash and credit transactions and reconcile daily register.
• Resolve any ticketing issues or discrepancies promptly. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the box office area. 
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and museum attendance. 
• Assist with answering the store phones lines with courtesy and timely follow up.

• Passion for people and football!
• Experience working with guests is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and energy. 
• Ability to work weekends and evenings. 
• Ability to use a computer for data entry, cashiering, email, other simple functionalities.
