Bella on the Bay, a boutique salon and spa in Excelsior, Minnesota is looking to hire experienced part-time Guest Services Coordinators to join our talented team.
As a Guest Services Coordinator you will be the first impression of Bella on the Bay to our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and the relaxing experience they look forward to with every visit.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking guests in/out, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, maintaining aesthetics of the salon and spa, opening and closing duties and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Candidates must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Candidates must also be computer savvy, detail oriented.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a salon and spa environment or equivalent administrative experience that match the position responsibilities.
Hours: Tuesdays 2p- Close, Thursdays 8:30-3:30, Fridays 8:30-Close, and E/O Saturday 8:30-close. Flexability to assist with covering other shifts when needed.

History
The house at 474 Second Street has been an anchor and a warm and inviting Excelsior home since 1900. In 1997 it was renovated as a spa and salon, opening its doors to a wider family. In 2006, appreciating the history of the home at 474 Second Street, Paula and Bryce Johnson, combined their unique personal blend of business skills, creative direction and focus on outstanding customer service to create Bella on the Bay. Today that tradition is carried on by current owner, Missi Davis.
