  Willing and able to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
  
  


• 
  
  Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or similar programs
  
  


• 
  
  Able to lift up to 20lbs without assistance and 30lbs with assistance
  
  


• 
  
  Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate a team, deliver quality results, and maintain a positive attitude
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to successfully perform all duties and responsibilities of this position
