Job Description - Hair Stylist and Lash Technician

Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar, a brand new luxury full-service salon in Brentwood, FL, is expanding its team! We are seeking an experienced, passionate hair stylist who als0 has experience as a lash technician. If you excel in cuts, color, highlights, and lashes, we’d love to hear from you!

We offer an hourly salary plus tips (no commission) and ongoing education to help you grow in your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-service hair treatments, including hair extensions, cuts, color, keratin, etc.

Perform lash services, including extensions and lash lifts

Consult with clients on their desired look and provide expert recommendations.

Stay updated on trends, techniques, and products.

Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to salon hygiene standards.

Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional salon experience.

Upsell salon products and services.

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology license with 4+ years of experience; lash certification is a plus.

Skills in lash extensions and lash lift techniques.

Skills as a makeup artist are a plus.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Opportunities for bonus based on membership sales and team performance.
Expected Hours: 20–40 hours/week
