About this position:
McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with daily activities and personal care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands for clients
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to properly lift and move objects or individuals safely
- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or memory impairment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid DL, Auto Insurance, Transportation
- Hands-On CPR Certification
- Willing to complete Level 2 Background screening
