Job Summary
Redstone Ranch is looking for a creative, motivated, and dependable Head Chef to lead our on-site food truck operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team at one of our community’s most beloved destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily food truck operations and kitchen prep
- Create and execute a simple, farm-friendly menu
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Oversee and train support staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and efficient cooking environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook (food truck experience a plus)
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4 PM
