Do you love golf and enjoy working with kids? TGA Premier Sports is looking for Head Coaches to lead our after-school youth golf programs for grades K–8.

What We Do
TGA brings golf directly to local schools and community spaces through after-school enrichment programs. We provide all equipment, training, and curriculum—you provide the leadership, energy, and love for the game.

Why You’ll Love Coaching with TGA

Lead fun, active golf programs for kids ages 5–13

Flexible after-school hours (most sessions start between 2–4 pm)

Outdoor, active work that keeps you moving

No prior coaching experience required—we provide training and lesson plans

Paid for 2 hours of work for each 1-hour class (setup + wrap-up included)

Make an impact by teaching life skills like confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Who We’re Looking For

Self-starters who are confident leading a group

Passionate about golf and enjoy working with kids

Reliable, organized, and energetic

At least 18 years old

Additional Opportunities
Beyond after-school classes, experienced coaches may also lead evening or weekend programs, summer camps, and clinics.

TGA of Central Hennepin County & Eastern Twin Cities brings the game to you! We make youth sports accessible by bringing high-quality golf, tennis, and pickleball programs to schools, parks, and community centers. Our mission is to create a fun, engaging, and positive environment where kids build confidence, develop skills, and foster a lifelong love for sports.

We offer after-school enrichment programs, summer camps, leagues, and private lessons for kids of all skill levels. Our team of passionate coaches focuses not just on skill development but also on sportsmanship, teamwork, and the life lessons that sports can teach.
