About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Hampton Inn at Blast Off Bay as our Head Housekeeper! In this vital role, you will ensure our guests experience a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.

  • Create and implement cleaning schedules and inventory management for supplies and equipment.

  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping promptly.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and maintain housekeeping policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in all housekeeping activities.

  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for housekeeping operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions.

  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
