VitalCheck Wellness is looking for a Physician to work in a corporate wellness clinic in Princeton, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

VitalCheck Wellness is working with employers and local hospital systems to bring doctors to the workplace to offer higher-quality preventive care wellness checks. By providing primary, preventive and urgent care in the workplace, we are able to make health care more convenient for the employee. It has been surveyed that more employees would engage in preventive care if the barrier of leaving work were eliminated.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive patient engagement and education.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Clinical Operations and the onsite team.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for a newly established clinic.
• Provide preventive care, primary care and urgent care services on site.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns. Guide, educate and support patients on their preventative care needs.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide telemedicine services as required.
• Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.
• Performance evaluations and team building.

Requirements:

• MD degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following residency training.
• Current license to practice in the state of NJ.
• Must hold active BLS/ ACLS certification.
• Board certification in Internal medicine or Family practice.
• Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
• Preventive medicine oriented.
• Patient education driven.
• Desire to be part of the change in our current healthcare system.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be able to pass a background check and credit report review.
