Registered Nurse Job Description

• Reports Directly to Director of Nursing (Traveling will be required to St. Cloud)
• Works with DON to ensure compliance
• Responsible for completion of Admissions, manage services for clients, and facilitate after care services
• Facilitate Health Education classes as needed
• Work with Providers facilitating care for clients

Requirements

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Must be licensed by the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse
• Must have two years of freedom from chemical use problems
• Must pass a State of Minnesota Background Check
• CPR Certification or attain within 30 days
• Ability to use Microsoft office programs and other computer skills

Registered Nurse Part time benefits (>30 hours a week )
