Job Summary

We are seeking a Dental Care Coordinator to join our team! We are a family-owned dental office looking for a friendly and caring individual to work closely with patients. Some of the tasks to be done are scheduling, welcoming patients, working with insurance companies to verify treatment, answering financial questions for patients, and collecting payments. Reliability and communication skills are necessary. We are willing to train someone who is the right fit.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and scheduling

Review treatment options and create payment plans

Verify dental insurance and benefits

Check-in and Check-out patients

Process payments

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and compassion

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

The ability to multitask, and work well independently

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
