Our Maintenance Assistant /Caretakers: 

• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance, including some light repair, working in common areas (pools, common areas) helping with apartment cleanings, and other general upkeep.


• Prepare and organizes materials and equipment as needed.


• Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.


• Able to work a few on-call hours as needed (incentive pay for on-call).


• Perform other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English


• Some training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program


• A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience


• Able to work 4 hours a day (Monday-Friday only), on a set schedule.

Physical Requirements Include:

• Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building


• Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment


• May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
