Job Description: Your Impact

Are you looking for a flexible, yet lucrative part-time job? Are you energized by meeting new people and known for making a lasting impression with your upbeat attitude and enthusiasm? Thrasher & Hello Garage are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent the brand, mission, vision, and values of Thrasher at home shows & events.

Pay Range: $15/ hour base wage plus uncapped commission (pay per lead)

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

• Arrive at events on time.

• Set-up and tear down display booths.

• Talk to customers about how Thrasher & Hello Garage can be of help.

• Turn in completed paperwork on time to the coordinator.

• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, and community outreach.

• Engage with customers generate appointment leads, and answer questions.

• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to raise awareness and drive interest.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer insights, product reception, and show effectiveness.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional displays, booths, and experiential marketing activations.

• Report event outcomes including traffic, engagement levels, and sales leads.

• Stay updated on product offerings, brand messaging, and competitor activity.

• Live the brand values, your vibe should reflect the mission, personality, and style of the brand at all times.

• Flexible Schedule – attend the shows that work into your busy timeline each month

• The home/trade shows & fairs generally fall on the weekends, but some can also occur during the week as well.

• Comprehensive training

• HOURLY + Incentive Bonuses (PAY PER LEAD)

• Mileage and Travel Costs are compensated [for anything over 60 miles / 1 hour]
