About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medications and monitor health status as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.

Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification required.

Prior experience in home health care or related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to serving others.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Background check and references required.
