About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA-PCA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.

Administer prescribed medications and assist with mobility and exercises.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

Valid HHA or PCA certification in New York.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.

Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and caregiving practices.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
