About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA-PCA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and any observations in compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Must have a valid HHA or PCA certification in New York.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.

Background check and references required.
