About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) and become a vital part of our compassionate team in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care that enhances the quality of life for our clients while fostering a supportive environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.

Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Help clients with meal preparation and medication reminders.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and client progress accurately.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

Valid HHA or PCA certification in New York State.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to client care.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Background check and references required.

Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
