About the Role:
Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide - Personal Care Assistant (HHA-PCA) in Brooklyn, NY! We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.




Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.

  • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.

  • Document and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as HHA or PCA preferred.

  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility issues.

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Background check clearance required.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
