🩺 We’re Hiring:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)


• Registered Nurses (RNs)

📍 Location: Tampa
🕒 Shifts: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Full-time or Part-time | Rotating Weekends

💼 What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments and update individualized care plans


• Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with physician directives


• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vitals


• Document patient observations and progress accurately


• Collaborate with healthcare team members


• Communicate with families and advocate for patient needs

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Pediatric or young adult care


• Ventilator, G-tube, and trach support


• Wound care and IV therapy


• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking


• Calm under pressure in emergency response situations

📋 Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN or RN license


• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing


• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross)


• Experience in home health, acute care, hospice, rehab, or long-term care


• Reliable, compassionate, and able to adapt in dynamic care settings


• Willing to participate in emergency response team rotations (A, B, or C)

💰 Compensation:

$27.00 – $41.00 per hour
Based on experience, credentials, and licensure
