Position Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. As an RN with Kolofon Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop customized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Iowa
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Kolofon Health was founded by passionate caregivers who have only one goal: Providing the absolute best care available for you or your loved one. Our name comes from the Greek word κολοφων, which simply means “pinnacle” or “highest point.”
