Job Summary
We are currently hiring Caregivers to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personalized, in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities—helping with daily routines, ensuring comfort, and promoting overall well-being. We're looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who truly care about others and are ready to make a lasting impact.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves)
Active HCA# or PER ID# (Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry)
Fluent in Spanish to effectively support our Spanish-speaking clients
Able to lift at least 50 lbs
Standard Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Current auto insurance (for client transportation)
- Recent TB Test (completed within the last 90 days)
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility, walking, and light exercises
Prepare meals and snacks based on dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Dispense or remind clients of medications as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping and meal prep
- Understanding of health & safety practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs or more
Compassionate, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor
Compensation
$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
