Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Caregiver to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will make a real difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their everyday living. You will help with personal hygiene, housekeeping, errands, medication dispensing, and other tasks that improve your client’s comfort and well-being. We need someone who is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Key Requirements:
Valid HCA # / PER ID # (Home Care Aide Registration)
- Valid California Driver’s License
Vehicle Insurance for transporting clients
Current TB Test (within the last 90 days)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal hygiene and dressing
- Help with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to keep living spaces tidy and comfortable
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Experience with hoyer lift, wheel chairs, and another mobility devices
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years plus of experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical demeanor
