🕒 Shifts: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
📅 Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays Only /every weekend or every other weekend 

👥 Patient Ratio: 1:6

🩺 We’re Hiring:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)


• Registered Nurses (RNs)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update care plans


• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and thoroughly


• Collaborate with physicians and care team members


• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families


• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment


• Respond confidently to emergencies with professionalism and poise

✅ Preferred Experience:

• Pediatric and young adult care


• Ventilator, trach, and G-tube management


• Wound care, IV administration, and acute interventions


• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

📋 Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing


• Active Florida RN or LPN license


• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)


• Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  • Home Health
  
  
  • Hospice
  
  
  • Rehab or Hospital Setting
  
  
  • will consider 6 months LPN/RN + CNA/DSP/HHA experience (must have 2+ years exp)
  
  
  
  


• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented


• Willing to participate in designated emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

💰 Compensation:

$25.00 – $41.00 per hour
Based on license type and experience
