What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and mobility
• Help clients with basic housekeeping and light cleaning to maintain a safe environment
• Create engaging and enjoyable activities to help improve their quality of life
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients while supporting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, families, and the care team
• Follow a personalized care plan to ensure each client receives tailored support

About You:

• Caring, patient, and dependable with a passion for helping others
• Certification in Home Care Aide, HHA, or CNA preferred
• Prior caregiving experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish for effective communication
• A great communicator, team player, and someone who shows empathy and kindness
• Willing to undergo a background check to ensure client safety
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
