About the Role:

Join Compassionate Care In Home Care as a Home Care Aide, where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their homes, fostering independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.

Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare teams.

Engage clients in recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.

Ensure client safety and well-being during all interactions and activities.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and respect for client rights.

Requirements:

certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
