We’re looking for caring, dependable Home Care Aides to provide in-home support for seniors. In this role, you’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and well-being while offering companionship and personalized care.
We offer flexibility to meet your needs:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Evening shifts
Full-time or part-time schedules available
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed
Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings within a 20-mile radius
Offer companionship and emotional support
Encourage engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s condition
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
