Clinical Supervisor (RN)

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a variety of ways, including: 

• Providing clinical oversight from admission through discharge of home care clients


• Supervising care management activities 


• Leading orientation and conducting ongoing evaluations of home care caregivers 


• Ensuring clinical skills and competencies of caregivers


• Supporting caregiver development through education and training 

Skill Requirements:

• Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required 


• 
  Minimum experience requirement: 
  
  
  
  • Three (3) years nursing experience as RN
  
  
  • One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience 
  
  
  • At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
  
  
  
  


• Pediatric experience preferred 


• Supervisory experience required


• Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required


• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills


• Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs 


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy 

Position Requirements:

• Rotating On-Call required


• Regular weekly schedule (part-time or full-time)


• Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required


• Training/ education of field staff required 


• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs, etc


• Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery 


• Assess, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care


• Coordinate with community partners
