We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our home care team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for individuals who believe in building trusting relationships, serving local families, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of community members. As a In Home CNA, you’ll provide essential care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification.

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
