Responsibilities

  Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)

  Provide companionship & emotional support

  Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders

  Promote a safe and healthy home environment

  
  


• 
  

  Follow individualized care plans and document services

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification (Virginia)

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Recent TB test (within the last 12 months)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
