What you'll do:

Provide compassionate one-to-one patient care in a in-home setting that promotes comfort and respect
Monitor complex conditions
Based on each patient’s needs, may manage and maintain medications, ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and/or wound care.
Work alongside physicians and care teams to give patients the best possible outcomes
Guide and educate families to help them navigate care with confidence
Perform other nursing duties as required based on the patient’s needs

What it takes:

Active RN license in Nevada
At least one year of hands-on clinical experience
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB results within the last 12 months
Successful completion of background check
Experience with G-tubes, or ventilators, or tracheostomies, is a plus!
