Position Overview

We are seeking a Weekend Scheduler to manage weekend scheduling for multiple offices. This position is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring seamless service for our clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage and update schedules for all clients across multiple offices during weekend hours.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor caregiver clock-ins and promptly address attendance issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to caregiver and client phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate coverage for caregiver call-outs by finding replacement caregivers.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with weekday scheduling staff to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care via call logs.

  
  


• 
  

  Learn and utilize scheduling software and other computer applications effectively.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High School Diploma or GED required.

  
  


• 
  

  Preferred: Experience with scheduling and healthcare operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with older adults, including those with memory concerns such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and customer service skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to remain calm and solution-focused during urgent situations.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, dependable, and able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 7 AM – 7 PM).
