💼 About the Role:

As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with Affirmed, you'll provide top-tier care that truly changes lives. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping & meal prep

• Companionship & emotional support

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1 year of HHA experience

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Physical within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 5 years)

• MMR immunizations (last 10 years)

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
