Job Summary:
Village Caregiving, a reputable in-home care company located in Clarksville, Tennessee, is seeking a HOME HEALTH AIDE to join our team. As a HOME HEALTH AIDE you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. This is an individual contributor role that requires a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated individual.

HOME HEALTH AIDE Benefits & What We Are Looking For:

• DAY/AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE


• Pay Rate: $16-18/Hour (Varies Based Off Experience)


• PART-TIME ONLY!!


• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED! 


• Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)

HOME HEALTH AIDE Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents


• Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely


• Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities


• Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration


• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

HOME HEALTH AIDE Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care experience


• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature 


• Flexibility to work weekends & holidays as needed


• 
  Must pass a background check 


• Your OWN vehicle (reliable) & valid driver's license
