We are currently seeking per diem HHAs to provide one-on-one care to a male client who requires personal care assistance, companionship, and transportation. Candidates comfortable supporting male clients are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Safely transport the client to appointments, errands, and outings

• Maintain a safe and supportive home environment

Requirements:

• Active NYS HHA certification

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Current physical (within 1 year)

• Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test  (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

• Reliable transportation
