Position Overview

As a per diem HHA, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes across Brooklyn neighborhoods. This role offers flexible scheduling, steady cases, and immediate opportunities—ideal for HHAs who want consistent work without long commutes.

Schedule & Pay

• Day shifts available (weekdays and weekends)

• Short and long shifts to fit your availability

• $19.00 per hour

• Immediate openings in Brooklyn

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Provide medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Minimum of one year of HHA experience

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Driver’s license preferred (not required for all cases)

• Physical exam completed within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunization within the last 10 years
