About the Position

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, high-quality care to clients in Rye Brook and surrounding areas. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling, fast case placement, and immediate start options—ideal for HHAs looking for steady work near where they live.

Schedule & Compensation

• All shifts available (day, evening, overnight)

• $21.00 per hour

• Multiple open cases in and around Rye Brook

• Start working quickly with nearby assignments

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Provide medication reminders

• Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support

Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Minimum of 1 year HHA experience

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
