Position Summary

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver high-quality, personalized in-home care that promotes safety, independence, and dignity. This role is well-suited for professional HHAs who want meaningful work, reliable placements, and the ability to serve clients within their own community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Provide medication reminders

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment

Qualifications

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
