Affirmed Home Care is urgently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to fill immediate cases throughout New York. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to start quickly and provide high-quality, one-on-one care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and one-on-one support

• Assist with medication reminders

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities

Requirements:

• Valid New York State CHHA license

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred

• COVID-19 vaccination per NY State guidelines

• Home care experience preferred
