Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Per Diem Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide overnight, one-on-one care for a male client in East Northport, NY.

Male HHAs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

Job Type: Per Diem
Location: Huntington Station, NY
Schedule: 12-hour OVERNIGHT shifts (8pm–8am), Wednesday – Saturday
Start Date: Immediate openings

Responsibilities

Personal care and hygiene assistance
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Companionship and support

Requirements

Minimum 1 year HHA experience
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Physical within 1 year
PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within 10 years
