Job Summary

We are looking for Home Health Aides' and CNAs' to join our team! You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, etc.

Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, or assisting with personal care

Give medication reminders

Qualifications

Level 2 background check

Driver’s license required

CPR certification required

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
