4 Your Peace of Mind, LLC is a new and upcoming Homecare agency in search of two more HHA who already has 1+ years of experience in the homecare setting. HHA competency form required upon hire date. As a HHA in the homecare setting, schedules will vary depending on your patients so this job has the opportunity to become very flexible. We are located in South Windsor, CT but locations of patients may vary, but will be in the greater Hartford area both adult and geriatric population are our targets with the potential in the future for pediatric patients. After being in the legal field for 20 years, I thought I had everything figured out. That is until I lost a loved one due to them not having the appropriate care that they needed. During the grieving stage, I realized that working in a legal setting was no longer for me. My passion converted to helping those in need and in dedicating myself to assure that individuals do not go without the appropriate care. Our mission is to provide clients with exceptional care and prevent loved ones from going into nursing facilities. We understand the importance of loved ones staying within the comfort of their own homes.
After years of dedication, my mother reached out to me and informed me that her dream was to open up a home care agency of her own. As opposed to continuing working for an agency as she has done for the past 20 years. It was then that 4 Your Peace of Mind, LLC. was established.
The name originated from her loving husband who always held the phrase dear to his heart. “If you don’t have peace of mind, you don’t have anything.” You can have all the luxuries in the world but if you’re not at peace then what value does it truly hold?
