Responsibilities

  Assist with activities of daily living

  Transferring and positioning of client

  Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions

  Companionship, conversation and transportation as needed

Requirements:

• 
  

  High School diploma or GED

  
  


• 
  

  Active state-approved CNA certification training course

  
  


• 
  

  CPR Certification

  
  


• 
  

  Drivers license (preferred)
