What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide

• 
  

  Provide compassionate personal care to help seniors live safely at home

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with activities of daily living, including:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Bathing, dressing, grooming

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Light housekeeping & meal preparation

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Errands, shopping, transportation & companionship

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Help with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises

  
  


• 
  

  Provide medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Document client conditions and report concerns to a supervisor

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a safe, clutter-free home environment

  
  


• 
  

  Engage clients in activities they enjoy—puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

  
  

Qualifications – What You’ll Need

• 
  

  High school diploma (or equivalent)

  
  


• 
  

  Active Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) registration

  
  


• 
  

  Six (6) months of healthcare experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Florida driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and a heart for helping others
