What You'll Do:

• Support patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, shopping, meal prep, errands).

• Monitor and document health changes, fluid/food intake, and mobility routines.

• Teach patients and families about assistive devices, hygiene, and home safety.

• Offer guidance on nutrition, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe environment.

• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse.

• Follow all professional, regulatory, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in a home health setting (required)

• License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (required); CHHA certification (preferred)

• Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must

• Compassionate, mature, and professional demeanor

Schedule & Setting:

• Flexible schedule based on case needs

• Primarily day shifts (Monday–Friday)

• Weekend and overnight shifts may be available

• In-home, one-on-one care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Up to $18.00/hour
