Home Health Aide (HHA) Part-Time Evenings (Venice, FL)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to patients in their home
  
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  
• Support mobility and ensure patient safety
  
• Assist with light housekeeping related to patient care
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
• Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (Florida)
  
• Minimum 6 months of home care experience preferred
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
